Belinda, Your idea that swift justice is the best kind of justice is very interesting, I am still mulling that over - not so much b/c I disagree, but b/c I never really considered it. And then there's Cambodia, which you briefly mentioned, and the current movement to bring people who are now old, but committed atrocities years and years ago, to justice.
