I was unable to finish this article as the article clearly does not support the following quote from your mission page: A non-partisan source of global policy analysis and thought leadership...
This article is so partisan in its hatred of GW Bush it completely destroyed any credibility it might otherwise have had. Most certainly, the blatant and false characterization by the writer of the Florida vote issue is unacceptable - and I say that as a professional writer, editor and former newspaper owner.
Clean it up if you want to be regarded as professional by professionals.
