The ripe time to allow the regions to setle with their right has come. God have used the Easterners to build the North & West, this is just time to build the East & allow its citizens enjoy their wealth ostracised from them since the Civil war, but suprisingly this is just the same reason for the civil war. May God bless the Units. Tanks
