Please note that "According to the 2011 census, Singapore counts 62 percent of its population of approximately 5.1 million as citizens of other countries." is erroneous.
According to the 2011 estimates, 62.8% are Singapore citizens and 73.1% are residents (citizens + permanent residents).
According to the 2010 census, 77.2% of the resident population or 57.4% of total population were born in Singapore. That said, it does not invalidate the whole of the article.
