Not if the locals have any say in the matter.... Why is it "hopeful" that the regions oil will be exploited? There's little hopeful about that scenario for us locals. No-one wants that to happen in our pristine paradise... our local slogan: IT'S OLD PROVIDENCE, NOT OIL PROVIDENCE!
