The only difference between now and a year ago is that things have got much worse.
Something has got to give.
The longer the eurocrats spin it out, the worse it will be.
My hunch just now is that Spain defaults; but Italy or Greece or Portugal could go first. Conversely, the Germans could just ditch the euro.
This dreadful pain and waste of huge sums of cash just cannot go on very much longer.
