Thank you for your article, but you make it seem so easy. Like if all that was required to become a state-of-the-art tech hub was the will to make these straightforward investments. If that would be the case, surely all countries would be global tech hubs?
What makes this kind of strategy particularly feasible for Poland, but not Ukraine, Argentina, Saudi Arabia or Malaysia?
