Kevin Lu, Asia-Pacific Director for the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) of the World Bank

Dr. Lu will discuss how the downfall of Bo Xilai impacts China's economic future and will explore whether his Chongqing economic model offers a credible alternative to the mainstream view that China needs to undergo consumption-led growth.  He will also discuss the current risks to China's growth and what opportunities as well as problems lie ahead.
