World Policy Interrupted Winter Issue Launch Party

Wednesday, February 1, 2017 - 6:00pm

From the media to academia, business to politics, men continue to dominate opinions, ideas, and institutions. To respond to this disparity, World Policy Journal and Foreign Policy Interrupted teamed up to highlight women's voices.

Today we face myriad crises: ongoing wars, refugee outflows, climate change, and growing extremism and authoritarianism to name just a few. These threats require all hands on deck. Diversity matters, not for diversity’s sake or as a feel-good gesture, but to find and implement solutions to today’s existential challenges.

So please join us on Wednesday, Feb. 1 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm for the launch party of World Policy Journal's all-women's issue guest-edited by Foreign Policy Interrupted. We'll be celebrating the important work by the brilliant women featured in this issue as well as those around the globe reporting on and analyzing the world's most pressing problems.
